MEET AARON

Aaron Shapiro is currently a 5th year Architectural Engineering student pursuing the mechanical option at The Pennsylvania State University. In May, 2017 Aaron will graduate a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree, where he will then begin full time at Shapiro & Duncan, Inc., a mechanical contractor in Rockville, MD. Aaron received valuable design engineering experience this past summer with his internship with Bard, Rao + Athanas Consulting Engineers, in McLean, VA.

Aaron has also involved himself in various organizations on campus, including Penn States’ student branch of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). He competed in ASHRAE’s student HVAC design competition where he placed second. Aaron is also involved with his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon, where we was the Vice President of Recruitment.
